Comforting but special, this traditional pie combines tender venison chunks with cranberries and the decadent richness of red wine. Wrapped in a crisp shortcrust pastry base with a flaky puff pastry lid, it's a deeply satisfying meal for 3-4 people.

    Cooking Instructions

    Remove all packaging, ensure thoroughly defrosted.
    Oven: 200ºC/ Fan 180ºC/ Gas 6. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 40-45 minutes.
