Dear Customer,

We first wrote to you back in the early part of this year, as the first national lockdown began, to make you aware of our plans and how it would affect the company, our staff and you, our loyal and wonderful customers. Thanks for all your support since then, it has been a tough year, but we’re still here doing what we love, and hopefully you’re still enjoying our foods!

We wanted to write again now to update you on where things are currently, as we enter the second national lockdown in England.

The upshot is that we are open for business and have an experienced and committed team at both the factory and at our HQ, handling production, online order fulfilment, customer services and trade orders.

Below is a summary of some of the key updates.

Christmas Markets

Normally at this time of the year we are preparing for our busiest season for six weeks from Mid-November until the New Year, meeting thousands of customers at countless Christmas markets and regional events. As of today, writing this, we have had confirmation that the vast majority of Christmas events and markets have already been cancelled, many markets have made this public, many have only let suppliers know and not the general public.

This is incredibly tough from a business standpoint, but it is also the most important time of our year for spending time with our customers, talking, listening, and sampling foods together. We will be back at events stronger than ever in the future we are certain, but for now, there are lots of ways we can keep in-touch with each other, and for you, or your colleagues, friends and loved ones, to enjoy our full range of foods this Christmas.

We cannot meet you at the markets, but we can bring the markets to you!

Buying our foods online for home delivery

A limited range of our products is available through Amazon and Ocado. Or you can order from our full range through our own website, which we have added a huge number of new foods to in recent months. We now have a fully stocked ‘One-stop-deli-shop’ for all your fine food needs at home, as well as 40+ gift packs and selections, perfect for sending to those closest to you.

Orders through our online shop will continue to be delivered through Parcel Courier channels and we aim to continue to despatch online orders within 2 working days of receipt. The Christmas run-in is expected to place huge demands on the courier networks, so there may be an additional small delay on delivery of your order.

For any friends, colleagues, or family ordering with us for the first time, we are offering free delivery to new online customers who spend £18 or more. Please register with us and use the code WELCOME at checkout.

It’s never been a better time to buy online, we have our largest ever range of foods and gifts available, in addition this weekend we’re celebrating the launch next week of our new selection box range by giving away 5 amazing prizes. All orders placed between 9am Friday 6th November and midnight on Sunday 8th November, will be entered into the draw. 3 lucky winners will have an Ultimate Selection Box worth £55 added to their order, 5 runners-up will have one of our lovely bouquet selections added to their order. Keeping in-touch via our e-newsletters

A great way to keep in-touch is via our periodic email newsletters. These have recipes, competitions, new product news and exclusive discounts. Coming up we have some brand-new recipes from MasterChef Delia-Maria Asser, as well as exclusives on Black Friday and in the run to Christmas. If you aren't currently receiving these you can sign up below.

Keeping in-touch via social media

The quickest place to get news, recipe inspiration or enter our frequent competitions is through our social media platforms. It is easy to message us through there too, and we will do our best to get back to you asap. You can find links at the bottom of the page.

Health & wellbeing

The health and wellbeing of our staff, customers and suppliers is our key priority and we have taken measures to protect them in line with Government Guidance.

We have initiated a home working policy where possible. We have requested all staff avoid any unnecessary travel, and, other than ingredient deliveries, we have cancelled all visits planned to our premises.

We have introduced a rota to keep our office open, whilst minimising social contact. Our staff are all still working hard, and during our normal office hours, we will always be available on the telephone and email for any queries you may have.
