Our delectable pheasant, pistachio and Port pâté has rich savoury bass notes balanced with nutty, buttery pistachios and a decadent touch of Port.

Pheasant meat (20%), chicken liver(19%), margarine [vegetable oils (non-hydrogenated): palm oil* and palm kernel oil*, rapeseed oil, water, salt, emulsifier - polyglycerol esters of fatty acids], rehydrated onion powder [water, onion powder], Port (3%), (SULPHITES), pistachio nuts (2%) [NUTS], garlic, salt, mixed herbs [marjoram, thyme, parsley], black pepper.
Produced in a factory that handles celery, eggs, milk, mustard, soya, sesame seeds, nuts, gluten and fish.
Although every care has been taken to remove bones, some small pieces may remain.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen at or below -18ºC. Defrost in a fridge for 24hrs before required. Once defrosted keep refrigerated at or below 5°C and use by 21 days. Once opened use within 2 days. Do not refreeze.
