Venison and Pheasant Sausages
Our meaty and succulent venison and pheasant sausages are perfectly seasoned and made with premium wild British venison and pheasant. Try them cooked up simply on the grill or as an ingredient in your favourite recipes.

Venison (35.5%), water, pork back fat, pheasant (17.7%), rusk (fortified WHEAT flour [WHEAT flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin, thiamine], salt, raising agent: E503(ii), seasoning (2%) [salt, fortified WHEAT flour, spices, yeast extract (SULPHITE)], stabilisers (diphosphate E450), preservative E221 (SULPHITE), dextrose, sugar, antioxidant (ascorbic acid), natural flavourings, colour (carmine), ground coriander, thyme, sage.
Produced in a factory that handles celery, eggs, milk, mustard, soya, sesame seeds, nuts, gluten and fish.

Grill: Place under a preheated grill for 16 to 18 minutes turning occasionally.
Oven: 200ºC/ Fan 180ºC/ Gas 6. Place on a baking tray in the centre of a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes. Turn occasionally.
