Hot Garlic Coated Chicken Wings Recipe

These sticky, spiced wings make great finger food or canapés.

  1. Coat fresh chicken wings with 2 tbsp of olive oil mixed into 4 tbsp of our Hot Garlic Pickle.
  2. Allow them to to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours or preferably overnight.
  3. Heat oven to 180 degrees, drain excess marinade and bake for 30 mins.
  4. Take them out and brush them with the leftover marinade and re-bake for further 20 mins turning over up to 200 degrees.
  5. Allow to cool and enjoy!
