Caramelised Onion and Tomato Puff Pastry
Ingredients
Serves 2
1x puff pastry sheet
Grated cheese
Chorizo slices
Egg wash
Method
Roll in one centimetre of the pastry sheet sides in to create a “crust”.
Spread The Cherry Tree Spicy Tomato and Caramelised Onion Chutney across the centre.
Sprinkle over the cheese and diced chorizo pieces.
Brush egg wash down the sides.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190°C/gas mark 5 'til golden.
