Ingredients
500g boneless leg of lamb, cut into bite size pieces
½ tbsp turmeric powder
Pinch of salt
Handful of red chillis (optional)
Handful of fresh coriander, or any herbs of your choice
Method
Marinate the lamb in turmeric powder, with 3 tablespoons of The Cherry Tree Hot Garlic Pickle and salt for an hour
Heat a frying pan on a medium heat with a little oil, and add the lamb
Fry for approximately 20-25 minutes, stirring frequently
Stir in the rest of The Cherry Tree Hot Garlic Pickle just before serving, along with the red chillis (if you like the heat!)
Top with fresh coriander… yum!
