Mushroom Pizza with Spicy Tomato & Caramelised Onion Sauce Recipe


Serves 2-4


  • Preheat your pizza oven to 375˚C or a conventional fan oven to 220˚C. Roll out your pizza dough to a 10 inch base and pour on two generous tablespoons of Spicy Tomato & Caramelised Onion Table Sauce. Spread out to the edges of your dough with the base of a spoon.

  • Top with sliced mushroom tossed in tarragon and dot slices of mozzarella cheese in the gaps. Drizzle the mushrooms with truffle oil before baking.

  • Turn your pizza every 30 seconds whilst baking if using a wood fired pizza oven. Cook for 2-3 mins or 10 mins in a domestic oven. Serve with extra Spicy Tomato & Caramelised Onion Table Sauce on the side for dipping the crust.
