Mainland UK

    • £4.95 delivery charge
    • Free delivery on orders over £40
    • Orders placed before 12 noon (Mon - Thurs) are delivered the next working day
    • Orders placed after 12 noon on Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday

Scottish Highlands

    • £14 delivery charge
    • Free delivery on orders over £40
    • Estimated delivery within 2-3 working days
    • We are unable to deliver hampers with perishables

Channel Islands, Isle of Man & Northern Ireland

Delivery Terms & Conditions

The customer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

Customers must ensure someone is present to receive the order on the delivery day. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to recipient absence (e.g. holidays).

We cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays caused by courier issues, adverse weather or accidents. If damage occurs due to such delays, we will send a replacement.
