Just to track my order, FedEx required me to not only set up an account but to give them my bank details. Not only did that NOT enable me to track my order, but getting them to then close my account & delete my details is proving ridiculously difficult. Can't do it yourself, they don't give a phone no. or email to contact them (had to google). 2 weeks after first phoning them (when they promised to close it) they still haven't done so or deleted my details; have had to phone again & am now waiting again.
This is no reflection on the local FedEx driver, who is actually exceptionally good. Shame the managers of FedEx don't match his standards.
1st time I have ordered direct of The Cherry Tree after sampling several products bought at Manchester Christmas Markets.

I only ordered 3 jars of curd this time. They arrived on time and in excellent condition, although I didn't know about the shipping protection, and considering I have a lot of items delivered over the year, always delivered safely, I don't think I would bother with any.
