I have to admit that I don't know what "Curd" actually is, all I do know is that this "Blackcurrant Crush" curd has a very intense blackcurrant flavour. Along with the lemon curd and key lime curd that I bought, for me they are wonderful just spread on bread or toast. I will be ordering more soon.
