This preserve has a lovely fragrance with a good whiff of Amaretto. There is a plenty of fruit, a good set and it holds together well. The sweetness is spot on. The Amaretto flavour balances the cherries well... flavourful but not overpowering. This is a very good preserve. Bright and glossy, this prettily set cherry jam has a nose full of promise that delivers cherry and Amaretto on the palate in well-balanced harmony. We admired the preparation of the cherries, the degree of sweetness and the restrained Amaretto.
